Security should come with fewer unknowns. Here are a few things worth knowing.
Ask us a questionNo. RedSocCyber can work alongside your IT provider or internal team. We agree who owns each security task, how decisions are approved, and where responsibilities meet.
Each plan covers the listed routine reviews, one cloud tenant, the stated number of users and workstations, and a defined remediation allowance. Third-party licenses, backup storage, taxes, onboarding, and additional projects are separate. Your written proposal confirms the final scope.
The plans shown provide business-hours service, not a staffed 24/7 SOC. Coverage hours and response targets are agreed in your contract. After-hours monitoring requires a separate, specifically scoped arrangement.
Yes. An engagement can cover account access, administrator permissions, sign-in protections, sharing settings, and agreed security reviews for one supported tenant. Available controls depend on your subscriptions.
We discuss your team, business tools, current support, and security priorities. You do not need to share passwords or grant system access. Any technical assessment requires a separate approved scope.
No provider can promise that. Our work focuses on reducing avoidable exposure, clarifying responsibilities, documenting changes, and preparing your team to respond.
